The AGM booklet has been emailed to all members and hard copies are now available in the foyer if you would like a paper copy to collect and read ahead of the AGM. Please remember to bring this with you to the AGM. A Special Purpose Financial Report and Audit Report will be emailed to you separately once available. Given the size of this report and its condensed financial information, we do not intend to print hard copies. But if you would like a hard copy, please let Tanya know. We ask all members to plan on attending our AGM. If you are not yet a member, you are welcome to stay for lunch and also join us as a non-voting participant.
